Netlokerja - PT Honda Prospect Motor merupakan Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek Mobil Honda di Indonesia. Sebagai agen tunggal, PT Honda Prospect Motor merupakan satu-satunya perusahaan yang berhak mengimpor, merakit dan membuat kendaraan bermerek Honda di Indonesia.
Pada Maret 1999, Honda dan Hadi bersepakat membentuk perusahaan patungan yang menyatukan semua pabrikan (perakitan, komponen, mesin dll), dengan nama PT Honda Prospect Motor (PT HPM), dan kepemilikannya sebanyak 51-49% (awalnya 49-51%)[3] masing-masing untuk Honda dan Hadi. HPM kemudian mendirikan pabrik pertamanya di Karawang, Jawa Barat yang berdiri sejak 2003 telah mencapai produksi ke-100.000 unit. Momentum itu tercatat di Kawasan Industri Mitra Karawang Timur pada tanggal 19 Januari 2007. Dan mobil yang membukukan sejarah sebagai produksi ke-100.000 adalah Honda Jazz VTEC dengan kelir Helios Yellow. Saat ini, keturunan Budiman generasi ketiga masih memegang HPM dan Imora yang menjadi pemain utama mobil Honda.

1. Quality Control Staff
Ensure the overall quality of the product on the production line, and conduct product analysis of problems that occur in the market for further corrective action to meet the quality standards.

2. Export-Import Staff
Perform checks and controls the amount of import duty related to imported goods/spare parts using the KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) facility and administrative process following the regulations as well as prepare the documents to support audit activities.

3. Purchasing Strategy Staff
Coordinate relevant departments and local suppliers for new model development, check, analyze and make improvements related to quality problems, ensure the quality consistency of local suppliers during mass production according to standards so that new model events run on schedule.

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
